The image of Jesus on the cross with God above the cross and the altarpiece towards.

Watch the following clips on the Dalia Lama:

1.) Give a brief description of who the Dalai Lama is? (Include resources to support)

The Dalia Lama is a spiritual teacher of the Buddhist religion. Some of his main teachings include; promoting human values such as compassion, forgiveness, tolerance and self-discipline. Another of his teachings is to promote religious harmony with all traditions of the world.

Click the following link for more information:

http://www.dalailama.com/page.2.htm

2.) Evaluate how the actions of the Dalai Lama in regard to the riots in Tibet would be regarded as exemplary moral integrity.

The actions of the Dalia Lama would be regarded as exemplary moral integrity because he would be willing to make a large sacrifice for the safeness of the Tibetans. For those who are unsure of what he is willing to sacrifice it is his role as the Dalia Lama for the sake of keeping the Tibetans away from harm caused by their violent actions.

Individual Task 3: Ethical Principals

Watch the following clip on Maximillian Kolbe:

1.) Define the term ‘moral integrity’

Moral Integrity refers to a persons decisions made while in certain situations. The decisions and actions made are determined by what they believe is right and avoiding what is wrong, and also having good intentions when making decisions.

2.) Describe why Maximillian Kolbe is regarded as a Christian of exemplary moral integrity.

Maxamillian Kolbe is regarded as a Christian of exemplary moral integrity because of the many ethical actions he committed while in the concentration camp. Maxamillian committed many actions seen as forbidden within the concentration camp but he committed these acts because he had a strong belief that these things were serving justice to the people.

3.) Outline Maximillians ethical actions/principles that he demonstrated in Auschwitz.

Maxamillian displayed many ethical actions during his time in Auschwitz, he showed great compassion for all people around him. He did this by committing acts that showed that really cared for everyone around him. Some of the things he did while in Auschwitz included sneaking bread and wine in to conduct little masses for the fellow people, comforted those who were about to die, and the main and most known act he committed was sacrificing his life for a man he was not even related to. The man was sentenced to be killed but Maxamillian begged for his life to be taken instead of the man, Maxamillian believed that the mans life was more significant than his.

4.) Evaluate whether you think he made the right decision and provide research to support your answer. i.e. Catholic teachings.

I do believe that Maxamillian did make the right decision by sacrificing his life for the sake of another because by doing this he gave faith to all the other prisoners and let them all believe that all the suffering will end and to believe in Jesus and the Cross. This act is very similar to of what Jesus Christ did for all humanity.

1. Watch the following video:

1.) Explain the purpose of using ‘youtube’ as a source of digital media advertising?

One of the main reasons why youtube is used frequently as a source of digital media advertising is because youtube is a frequently viewed site by the public. This being said youtube would probably be one of the most smartest places to post your advertisements because from the hundreds of thousands of people that view youtube daily it is almost guaranteed that their advertisement would be notice almost immediately and also not having to pay high amounts of money to show an ad on other places such as tv or radio plays a huge part on why youtube is used for showcasing advertisements.

2.) Discuss how collaborative media sites such as youtube, myspace and bebo have changed the current boundaries of media such as news, advertising ect.

Collaborative media sites have changed the boundaries of media though their use and sometimes overuse of advertisements on every page which make the extremely hard not to notice because they are basically everywhere you look.

3.) Provide a link to an advertising commercial on youtube.
